The webinars are designed for the students, but university faculty and staff are welcome to join as well.
This program is open to:
- Current freshman and sophomores (students who have enough credits to qualify as juniors, but won鈥檛 be graduating until sometime between May 2024 and August 2025, are also eligible)
- Citizens or permanent residents of the United States
- Students who demonstrate leadership potential and high academic performance
Scholarship winners will receive a $2,500.00 scholarship per year for two years, be paired with a mentor from Cargill for each of the two years, and participate in two fully funded leadership seminars where they will get to learn from leaders at Cargill and meet their fellow Cargill Scholars from Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Russia, and the U.S. More information about the program is available on our .
