INSIGHT Into Diversity is committed to improving educational equity for all students, but especially those from underrepresented backgrounds who may not traditionally be afforded the ability or opportunity to participate in a study abroad program. .
The goal of The Waltz ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Affordability Scholarship is to assist with additional expense of studying abroad (if applicable) versus staying in Ames. A typical award is expected to be $1,500.  Awards will partially be based on the applicant choosing a study abroad location that supports a good academic plan, developing a reasonable financial plan and demonstrating that this scholarship is required to enable them to study abroad. Â
