What is a Faculty-Led Travel Course?
The CALS 草榴社区 office offers faculty-led travel courses on all seven continents! Travel courses are typically 2-3 ISU faculty or staff members traveling with 10-25 students. The program includes a pre-departure class for course credit to learn about components related to the country or course and then 8 days to two weeks of international travel, typically during spring, summer, or fall break. The travel competent is arranged by the ISU faculty and staff that lead the program and all expenses are included in a program fee. Additional costs may apply, depending on the program.
